The owners of Haytop have lodged an appeal against the enforcement notices issued in March. The process is now under the control of the Planning Inspectorate.
AVBC received an initial notification email only from the Planning Inspectorate. The Council are still awaiting a formal start letter from the Inspectorate, which identifies the timetable for the appeal process. This may take weeks to arrive, the Council have no control over the matter.
When the formal start letter arrives the Council will then notify residents in writing that the appeal is valid, residents will then be able to submit whatever documents they want to the Inspectorate, nothing should be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. It is the Inspectorate who govern / administer the appeal process.
