Council planners have recently approved the application for demolition of the bungalow (AVA/2018/1068).
Permission was granted subject to the following conditions:
Conditions/Reasons
1. The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. {\b Reason} To comply with the requirements of Section 91(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990, as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2. Prior to the commencement of any works which may affect bats and/or their habitat, a detailed mitigation strategy, including the need for the works to be carried out under a Natural England licence, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. All works shall then proceed in accordance with the approved strategy and the conditions of the Natural England licence (a copy of which shall be provided to the Local Planning Authority once issued). Reason: In the interests of securing ecological mitigation, in accordance with Policy EN13 of the Adopted Amber Valley Borough Local Plan 2006.
