In September 2019 the application ref. AVA/2019/0268 to site 30 lodges for permanent residences plus 30 more for holiday occupation was refused by AVBC. (See Documents page for details).
Haytop Country Park Ltd have now made an appeal against that decision, to be heard along with the other two appeals at the forthcoming Planning Inquiry. In a letter to interested partiesĀ AVBC provide information as to how representation to the PI can be made in support of the council’s decision. A separate communication can be sent to the PI or the representation can be combined with the two concerning the Enforcement Notices provided that the appropriate reference numbers are quoted. The letter to interested parties can also be found on our Documents page, for reference and guidance.
We would ask that as many people as possible should submit a representation as it is only in that way that the Inspectorate will know the degree of opposition to the current redevelopmentĀ of the caravan site.
