We have just learned that the deadline for submission of comments or objections to the CLOPUD application is now 3 June. Anyone who thought they had missed the deadline should now submit their objections in accordance with the guidelines detailed in the newsletter.
As of now there are 26 objections posted on the AVBC website and we know that more have been sent but not yet published. However, the more there are the greater likelihood of them influencing the planners and the Planning Inspector when the appeal against the council’s notices are heard.
So, don’t delay – do it now!
