The public inquiry into Haytop Country Park Ltd’s appeals against the enforcement notices issued by AVBC is scheduled to run for 6 days from Tuesday, 26th January. The Public Inspectorate has issued guidance for anyone wishing to observe or participate in the process, which is, after all, meant to be public. Although the letter mentions that it is for those who have previously registered with the PINS we have been informed that anyone else can use the guidance and instructions to join in.
